Lemonade Syrup
2 c. sugar
1 c. water
1 c. lemon juice
Combine sugar and water in saucepan. Bring to boil; boil for 5 minutes. Cool. Add lemon juice. Store in covered container in refrigerator. When ready to serve, add 2 tablespoons syrup to 1 glass of ice water.
Makes 2-1/2 cups syrup
